Order credits act like tickets needed to carry out deliveries on the platform. Service providers must have credits to accept and complete orders. Once a delivery is successfully completed, 1 order credit is deducted.
Order credits purchased do not expire and remain valid until fully used. However, order credits earned through referrals, rewards, or other platform activities may expire based on platform rules. All order credits are non-refundable.
Service providers can earn order credits through multiple activities on the platform, including referrals that lead to successful transactions (a minimum of three referred users must each complete at least one order), completing delivery orders, maintaining good ratings and positive reviews, and having zero disputes within a 30-day period.
Additional order credits can be earned from repeat orders by returning customers and by completing a high number of deliveries within a given period. The more active and consistent a provider is, the more order credits they accumulate, with returning customers significantly increasing overall reward potential.
Customers can also earn order credits through referrals, frequent orders, and applicable compensations or resolved disputes.
Customers can use order credits to fully pay or partially offset the cost of a delivery, while service providers use order credits to accept and complete orders on the platform.
