By creating an account or using BDG Swift, you agree to follow these terms and all policies linked from them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Riders and service officials must provide accurate information during onboarding and follow applicable laws and safety rules when completing deliveries or tasks.

BDG Swift provides a platform that connects customers with independent riders and service officials. We do not guarantee that any request will be accepted or completed, and we may update, suspend, or terminate access to the service where necessary (for example, to prevent fraud or abuse).

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know (for example, by email or in-app notice). Your continued use of BDG Swift after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
